How do I update a CertCapture user's email address?

Overview

You have a CertCapture account and need to update a user's email address.

Resolution

  • Only CertCapture users with administrative privileges can add and edit user details
  • Click Account Settings on the CertCapture toolbar, and then click Manage Users. Locate the user's profile, and click Edit. Update the user's email address, and then click Update User Account
