How do I fix "Could not determine application access." for a user in CertCapture?


You created a CertCapture user, but when they try to log in they get this error: "Could not determine application access."




  • On the CertCapture dashboard, go to Account Settings 
    • Click Manage Users 
    • Locate the problematic username
    • Click Assign Companies
      • Assign any companies you wish, click the small triangle next to the company name to see the full list 
      • Place a check in the box next to each company the user should have access to
    • Click Update Company Assignments
  • The user will now be able to log in
