How do I fix "Could not determine application access." for a user in CertCapture?


You have set up a user, but when they try to login they get an error.




  • Go to the Global Admin tab 
    • Select Manage Users 
    • Pull up the user name
    • Click Assign Companies
      • Assign any companies you wish, click the small triangle next to the company name to see the full list 
      • Check the box to add access 
    • Click Update Company Assignments
  • The user will now be able to login
