How can I remove a customer from a campaign in CertCapture?


Customer continues to receive an email associated with a campaign.  You want to know how can you remove the customer from the campaign.

  • To remove a customer from a Campaign, please follow the below instructions:

    • Go into the Campaign option ("Requests" > "Campaigns")

    • Click "In-Progress Campaigns" and the click the "Manage" option under Actions to open the company.

    • Click the "Overview" tab

    • To remove a customer from a campaign, you must remove the check beside the customer number, then click "Save Campaign Changes".
