Customer continues to receive an email associated with a campaign. You want to know how can you remove the customer from the campaign.
To remove a customer from a Campaign, please follow the below instructions:
Go into the Campaign option ("Requests" > "Campaigns")
Click "In-Progress Campaigns" and the click the "Manage" option under Actions to open the company.
Click the "Overview" tab
To remove a customer from a campaign, you must remove the check beside the customer number, then click "Save Campaign Changes".
