How can I create a custom report in CertCapture?


You want a report that has different settings than the standard reports on the Reports tab



Avalara CertCapture


  • Go to Search and select Certificate or Customer search
    • Add search parameters to find the records you want in your report
    • Click Get Search Results
  • Click Email Report at the top, check days and enter Name, it will be emailed to you automatically
  • Click Save Search to add the search parameters to the Saved Searches and you will be able to pull the report at any time
