How can I change a user email address in CertCapture?

Overview

You have changed your name or email address, and want to change it within CertCapture.

Environment

Resolution

  • You can change your own email address by clicking on your name then clicking My Profile
  • To change other user emails you must be an Admin.
    • Click the Account Settings header > select Manage Users.
    • Filter to find the user you need to edit (Name, Email, User Role, etc.)
    • Click Edit to the right of the user you want to edit
    • Make any changes wanted
    • Click Update User Account
