Forgot password for CertCapture


You can't sign into CertCapture, and receive the following: "Login failed. Please enter a valid username and password."


Avalara CertCapture


  1. Go to and enter your email address, and then click Next
  2. Click Lost Password?
  3. Enter your username and email address, and then click Reset My Password
  4. An email will be sent to the email address you supplied. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password

If you are not currently a CertCapture user, contact your account administrator.
