Skip the validation step when a customer responds to your certificate request.
- Certificates submitted by your customers via CertExpress can be validated automatically.
- To disable validation, request this adjustment by submitting a case to Support.

- The Support Case must be sent from an Admin User in your company account.
- Include Company Name and your Company ID (Settings > Company Settings > Company Details > Company ID)
Once we update the setting any new certificates submitted online are automatically approved. Certificates submitted before the change is made must still be validated.
Note: Certificates uploaded manually or via fax can't be validated automatically.
