I forgot my MyLodge password. How do I recover or reset my password?


You would like to reset your password.




  • If you are having trouble remembering your password, you can click the “Forgot your password?” link on the Avalara MyLodgeTax sign in page and an email will be sent to the email address on your MyLodgeTax account with a link to change your password. 

    • From, click on Login>MyLodgeTax>Forgot password?

    • Enter your username on the Reset Password page and click "Request reset". If you don’t receive the password reset email within about a minute of the request, please make sure you entered the username correctly and also check your junk or spam folder in your email program.

    • After clicking the link in Password Reset Request email, follow the instructions to enter a new password.
