Resolution

Avalara does not send year-end reports or statements. All 1099 and W2 forms can be accessed via the platforms that your property is booked (e.g. Airbnb, VRBO, Evolve). 

Tax history information can be accessed via your Avalara MyLodgeTax account to complete information for your income tax forms. Please consult your CPA or tax advisor for additional information and guidance.
