Why can't I download the connector in AvaTax Update?


You want to know why you are not able to download the connector in AvaTax Update. 



AvaTax Update




  • Check the connector installation guide to confirm your connector is downloaded in the AvaTax Update
  • For connectors downloaded from AvaTax Update, go to Settings > Manage Account > Get your connector.
    • If you are not able to see the section Get your connector (where you download Integration Software), this indicates your user profile does not have access
      • Ask your account admin to download the software or upgrade your role to account admin
    • If you are able to see the section, but it shows "Please contact your Avalara Solutions Partner for your AvalaraAvaTax integration software." (and your connector should be available for download in AvaTax Update as indicated in the installation guide), please contact Avalara  Support and Avalara Support will have your AvaTax Update account updated to include the download or refer you to your Account Manager if purchase is needed.
