How do I get access to our existing sandbox account or set up a new sandbox account?


You need to access your company's existing sandbox (development) account or you need to set up a new sandbox (development) account.




If you have access to your company production account but need access to the sandbox as well, contact an account Administrator within your company  who has access to the sandbox environment to create a user profile for you.  If you're the account Administrator, read manage users to learn how to add a user if you need help.
If you don't have a sandbox account, contact your Customer Account Manager (CAM) to purchase one.
