You need to know how to enroll in the automatic payment program at Avalara.
In March 2018, Avalara adopted an Auto-Pay policy where customers authorize Avalara to collect fees and charges via ACH bank debit or credit card.
Under this policy, most customers will be required to enroll in Auto-Pay.
- If you are not already enrolled in Auto-Pay, in AvaTax:
- Click the My Account tab
- Click the Settings tab, then click Manage Account.
- Click the Billing menu and select Payment Methods.
- Choose Add a Credit/Debit Card and enter the required information
