Why can't I access my Development Account?


You can't connect to your Development account. You get credentials invalid errors.




  • Try using the reset password link on the log-in page of the Development Console. If the user isn't found, there is a possibility your Development account has expired.
    • Follow up with your Customer Account Manager to discuss renewal
  • Contact Avalara Support to test your license key and account number.
