Why is there a delay when I try to pull my report?

You are experiencing a delay when you are trying to display reports.

Resolution
- If you are trying to pull a large amount of data, you might experience a delay.
- Try creating a download to pull the information more quickly:
- After you make your report selections, select CSV or Excel, then click Download at the bottom of the window.
- Go to the Downloads tab in Reporting to retrieve the report.
