Why doesn't my filter display my data correctly?


You are trying to use a filter and your data is not being displayed correctly.

  • When setting up filters, you must identify actual items in your data in order for the filters to work as expected. 
  • For example, if you have a filter set up that includes information not included in your data, all the filters will fail. That is, you will see the data but not be able to download it.
