Why can't I see my transactions in the Customer Portal?

Overview

Your AvaTax for Communications transactions are not showing up in the Customer Portal.

Resolution

By default, only committed transactions are displayed in reports. Reports from Explorer can be adjusted to include uncommitted transactions. To display all transactions in Explorer reports, do the following:

  1. Navigate to Reporting > Explorer
  2. Select a report
  3. Select the VIEW ALL TRANSACTIONS radio button.
  4. Make other selections as desired for the report.
  5. Choose to Preview or Download the report
