You are trying to set up your software but could not connect and want to know what could have caused this.
- You need a valid account number, license key and company code to connect to most systems.
- Verify your credentials are correct:
- Please verify your credentials in RED means your combination is invalid.
- Success in GREEN means they are a valid combination
- To check the status of your AvaTax subscription. Log into your AvaTax Update account and click 'Transactions' tab.
- Active accounts are able to view transactions within AvaTax Update.
- Inactive accounts will receive a subscription status message.
- If your AvaTax Sandbox or AvaTax Production account has expired. Contact your Account Manager to reactivate your subscription.
