What do I need to do about the AvaTax SSL certificate change on August 09, 2022?

On August 9th, the SSL certificate for was updated. If you are having problems connecting to AvaTax, you will need to manually update the SSL certificate bundle listed below. If you are not having problems connecting, no action is needed. If you're not comfortable with completing this update, please contact your local IT team to install the updated certificate bundle on your endpoint.


Install the root and intermediate certificates below in the local SSL store where AvaTax is running and test the connection again.
