When initiating a connection with AvaTax, the license key and account number are required for the connection. Generally, each business application has a button that will allow you to test the connection.
- If a test button isn't available in your business application. You can test your credentials on our Developer site by using your username and password, or your account number and license key. Visit https://developer.avalara.com/avatax...t-credentials/
- Contact Avalara Support if you are still having trouble testing your license key and account number.
