Can we receive a root cause analysis or postmortem for incidents involving the Sandbox or test environments for Avalara Avatax?


Our test environment was affected by an issue that was reported and resolved, however we'd like to see if there's an available root cause anaylsis on the incident.

  • Due to the nature of Sandbox environments being where our engineering team tests and deploys yet to be released content before it is released into production there is no current commitment to providing SLA's nor root cause analysis or postmortems for incidents that are completely isolated to our sandbox.
