Why is a report missing transactions?

Overview

You generated a report and see that not all transactions are included.

Environment

AvaTax

Resolution

  • Data in reports update every hour.
  • A transaction will only show in a particular report if it matches the report filter, check filters for:
    • Date
    • Country
    • State
  • Most reports show only Committed transactions, check that the transaction is in a committed status on the Transaction tab.
