How do I make an invalid cert valid in Avalara CertCapture?


I see a customer with an invalid cert that I believe should be valid in Avalara CertCapture.


Avalara CertCapture


  • Find the cert in Avalara CertCapture via search.
  • In the detail tab click Edit and update any required fields and update cert
  • Click Validation
    • Click Edit cert validation
    • Remove the invalid reason
    • Click update cert
  • You should now see it as valid
