You do not see tax on current sales and you think you may not be using the Avalara service.
- Go to your Admin Console and check for transactions with the current date under Status Date
- Enter a test transaction in your accounting system, which would normally have tax
- Make sure to use a different customer and a product that is taxable.
Note: It is possible to make any customer or product non-taxable or exempt in our system, there is not tax calculated on every transaction. Check that a taxable sale would be taxed to confirm you are still connected.
