What can be done if an address will not validate, even when using General Delivery?

You want to know what to do if an address does not validate even if General Delivery is added to a spare address line.

Resolution
- Ensure you are using 'General Delivery' in Line 2 and including City, State, and Zip code, all must be accurate
- For systems with only one address line, list General Delivery at the end of Line 1 (after the street address)
- We will return tax for the postal (zip) code, not the specific street address, using the General Delivery area
- If you are using General Delivery with correct address City, State, and Zip, but the system will not accept it, and include:
- Full street address (House number, street, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal code)
- Image of location from online map (Google, Bing, MapQuest, etc.) showing the physical location pinpoint
- General Delivery will no longer be needed once the address is added to our system
- We will review the provided information and update our database if possible, if it is not possible to update our database we will provide specific next steps
