I am searching by customer name and can't find my certificate, also I can't see it on the admin console.
If the customer name field is not filled in under customer details on the CertCapture website, you will not be able to successfully send this to the admin console, or search by customer name. Check in the history tab to see the result of the API send and you should see the following message, " API call initiated for certificate: Failure. Received response: CustomerName is required. (This value must be specified.)"
