Why don't I see the 'My Account' tab in the Admin Console?

Overview

You don't see the 'My Account' tab in the Admin Console.

Environment

Avalara Avatax

Resolution

  • In order to see the My Account tab, you need to be an Account Admin.

  • Please see here on how to change user roles in the Admin Console. 

  • You will need to have another Account Admin make you an Account Admin. 

    • Avalara Support is not able to make this change.
