Why do I receive "No records to display for selected month and year" when attempting to download ACH payment trace id's?

Overview

You attempt to download ACH payment trace Id's and receive error "No records to display for selected month and year".

Avalara Returns

Resolution

  • The deadline for this information to be uploaded to the Filing Archive is the 5th of the following month after returns have been filed/payed. For example, February ACH payment trace id's will be available on March 5th.

  • Compliance and Treasury are still submitting payments at the end of the month and all of these documents are manually created and uploaded.
