When Attempting to reset your password by e-mail it results in the message "Multiple users are associated with this e-mail"
Please have your Account Admin take the following actions
In the Avalara Admin Console
Settings > Manage User
Filter Active from Yes to <All>
Find the duplicate log-in and change the e-mail to a fake one such as email@example.com
- If you are unable to find the duplicate log-in please e-mail Support@avalara.com and include the e-mail being used to reset your password.
