How Do I See Receipts for my ACH Payment?

Overview

You would like to know how to view ACH payment confirmations in the admin console.

Resolution

  • ACH Credit is when a payment amount is transmitted to the jurisdiction which generates a trace number.
    • You can view this in your Admin Console on the Tax Returns tab, selecting Filing Archive and choose the applicable period.
      • The Region must be blank to download the ACH Payment Trace
    • Click on "Click here to Download ACH payment trace IDs for the Selected Month."
    • All ACH Credit payments for that month show in the downloaded spreadsheet.

    • CT
    • DC

    • HI
    • ID
    • IL

    • KS
    • KY
    • LA state
    • MA
    • MI
    • MN
    • MO
    • NC
    • ND
    • NJ
    • NV
    • OK
    • PA
    • RI
    • TN
    • TX
    • UT
    • VA
    • VT
    • WA
    • WI
  • ACH Debit is a when banking information is provided to the jurisdiction to pull the amount, much like purchasing an item on a website.
    • These generate a separate confirmation PDF, appearing to be a duplicate of the return confirmation.
    • You can view this in your Admin Console on the Tax Returns tab, selecting Filing Archive and choose the applicable period.

 

NOTE: The ACH Credit spreadsheet, the return confirmation and the ACH Debit confirmation will be available by the end of the first week of the month following the filing. For example, for March's returns which are filed in April, the spreadsheet will be available by the end of the first week in May.
