How Do I See Receipts for my ACH Payment?

You would like to know how to view ACH payment confirmations in the admin console

Environment

AvaTax Returns

Resolution

  • In the Admin Console, click on Tax Returns > Filing Archive and choose the applicable period.
    • The Region must be blank to download the ACH Payment Trace
  • Click on "Click here to Download ACH payment trace IDs for the Selected Month."

  • All ACH payments for that month show in the downloaded spreadsheet.  Please note:  the spreadsheet will be available by the end of the first week of the month following the filing.  For example, for March's returns which are filed in April, the spreadsheet will be available by the end of the first week in May.

Payments for the states below are made with ACH payment.
