How Do I Check on the Status of My Import File

Overview

I have imported data (either locations, transactions, exemptions, items, or tax rules) into my admin console and I need to check on the status of that import file

Environment

Admin Console

Resolution

  • In your Admin Console- click on the Tools tab
  • Under Tools click on View Imported File Status
    • There you will see the most up to date status- including any associated errors.
