Why will my PDF upload not complete in CertCapture?

Overview

You received an “Upload Failed” response each time you tired to upload a particular file, and want to know how to resolve the error.

Upload Failed
There were errors processing the uploaded file.
Please try uploading the file again, and contact support@certcapture.com if you need more assistance.
General Errors: 
None.

Resolution

  • CertCapture accepts plain PDF files only, if the file includes special text of any kind or an e-signature it will not load in the system.
  • Scan the documents as a plain PDF and upload the plain PDF file.
