Why is the invalid certificate dashboard blank in Avalara CertCapture?


I've checked in our Avalara CertCapture site and have verified that we have many invalid certs on file however our Dashboard is blank.

  • This is happening because the Report that feeds the dashboard defaults to only showing invalid certs that have been added to the system up to 90 days ago.
  • There are no invalid certs in the system that were added 90 days or less ago, so the dashboard and report are empty.
