Why is our nexus blank?

You are reviewing nexus and see that some areas have no selections when you click Select Jurisdictions.

Resolution

  • A level of Nexus being blank indicates no selections have been made
  • Nexus has to be selected in stages, you can add the next level only once the previous level has been saved:
    • Click Save then Select Nexus Jurisdictions is clickable
    • If you do not open Select Nexus Jurisdictions and make selections, no selections will have been made there
