Why is my transactions import file failing?

Overview

I am trying to import transactions and it is not working for me.

Resolution

  • This can happen from time to time if information is either not formatted correctly or not chosen correctly.
  • Make sure your columns aren't mixed up at the header level and your process codes are appropriate for what you're doing.
  • When in doubt download the error file in your view imported file status option and scroll to the far right in the file.
  • The error column will tell you what is wrong.
