Why is my transaction not in the admin console?

Overview

You have checked the AvaTax Admin Console and a transaction is not missing.

Environment

Avalara AvaTax

Resolution

  • Please review the transaction in your account software, or ERP, to make sure that there are no errors.
    • Errors will prevent transactions from using AvaTax and transferring the transaction to the Admin Console.

 

Note: The error that generally comes up most is address validation errors.
