Why is my customer seeing Account expired when trying to sign into CertExpress through my cert request?

Overview

My Customer is getting an Account is expired error when trying to respond to our request through Avalara CertCapture.

Environment

Avalara CertCapture

Resolution

This means your request itself has expired.

 

The return date directly correlates with how long a request is valid for.

Single requests default to 14 days.
