Why is my CertCapture customer import not working in Internet Explorer 8?

Overview

You are attempting to import customer records but the file has been processing for a very long time, and you have not been able to click Import Customers.

Resolution

  • Internet Explorer 8 does not have the necessary features to import a file, you must use an alternate browser (Chrome, FireFox, Opera, Safari, etc.) or upgrade to a newer version of Internet Explorer.
