Why is a user I created in Avalara CertCapture not receiving their password emails?

Overview

I've made a new user in Avalara CertCapture and after editing their email to have the correct one they did not receive their password email.

Avalara CertCapture

Resolution

Simply changing their information will not automatically trigger a password reset email. After you have fixed a user's email address please be sure they use their username to choose lost password in the Avalara CertCapture log in screen to reset their password.
