I have a customer that is in CertCapture and the certificate is not showing on the Admin Console.
- When you look in Certcapture, look at the certificate attached to the customer and check the "History" tab.
- If there is a failure message that will tell you the reason the certificate did not pass across to the AvaTax Admin Console.
- If the message references a missing address for the customer and you do see an address there, make sure the formatting is correct.
- If the address first line is missing, even if the whole address is there on the lines below, it will not read as an address.
- If there is no API Success or API Failed message, review the Exposure Zones on the Customer and Certificate in CertCapture and the active Nexus settings in the Admin Console
