Why can I not change my TIN in the Admin Console?


I need to change my TIN in the Admin Console but it is greyed out and I cannot change it.

  • The TIN cannot be changed if you are an SST customer
    • To check if you are SST, please go to the Company Settings tab and see if anything is populated in the SSTPID field.
