My customers are unable to upload certificates to CertCapture, they have stated that they are not even being given an option to do so. How do I resolve this?
To resolve this situation:
Go to the "Company Settings", Select "Company Details"
Scroll down the right side of the page to "GenCert/Webportal Registration", Click on Edit in that section
You may currently have nothing selected in this section.
Many of our customers have this configured something like this
This configuration should provide your customers with an opportunity to upload their certifcates.
