- To add a customer you must view the subsidiary profile for the single company that the customer should be attached to:
- Next to your name in the upper right corner, click the Company drop-down and select the Company
- If you still cannot see the Customers tab, this indicates that you are a standard user
- Standard users do not have the permissions to edit certificates or add customers, so you cannot see the tab.
- Have your Admin User change you to an Advanced User
