Why are transactions from imports I deleted still in the admin console?

Overview

You deleted imported files by deleting the imports under Tools > View Imported File Status, but the transactions added from the import are still in the account.

Resolution

  • Deleting the imported files only deletes the file itself, it does not remove the transactions added from the import
    • To remove the transactions, re-import the Result file with a Process code 0, this will VOID the transactions
    • It is not possible to delete a transaction once it has been added to the admin console
