Why are my transactions not coming over to the Admin Console from BigCommerce?

Overview

You're creating a transaction in BigCommerce and you do not see it in the AvaTax Admin Console

Environment

Resolution

  • BigCommerce sends transactions over to the Admin Console in batches.
  • When creating transactions, you will want to check the Admin Console every 30 minutes on the hour for the transactions. 
  • Only transactions in the following status will be sent to the Admin Console:
    • Completed
    • Shipped
    • Partially Shipped
    • Awaiting Fulfillment
    • Awaiting Shipment
    • Awaiting Pickup
