Why are jurisdictions that normally do not apply to my transaction appearing on my invoice as zero rated?

You are viewing a transaction that is showing zero rated jurisdictions that normally do not show on the invoice and want to know why they are there?

Resolution

  • Our Content team has recently made a change to display all jurisdictions for a given address on the transaction.
  • If the jurisdiction does not apply to a specific transaction, it will show as a rate of 0%.
