Whenever I try a search on CertCapture (for any of our customers) I receive the following error message, even though I have left the customer ID field blank on the search screen.
Auditor users must be assigned certificates to view.
- Perform a certificate search
- From the Perform Action On Results drop down select Assign Certificates to Account
- Select the User and Access Time
- Click Assign Certificate Access
The above must be performed by an admin or advance user. Once certificates are assigned an auditor user can perform a search.
