You believe that your faxes are not being received in CertCapture.
- Confirm you are sending (having your customers send) to your Avalara CertCapture fax number
- View the fax number under Company Details > Fax Number
- Only faxes sent to the fax number we provide are automatically uploaded into your Avalara CertCapture account for validation
- Send a test fax to confirm if there is an issue with processing, rather than customers sending to the wrong number, etc.
- If the faxed document is not available within 15 minutes, please contact support
