Trying to create a new user profile you see the error message "Your changes were not saved. Please correct the errors and save again. Account with same email already exists"
- Use a different email address
- There can be only one user in the entire Avalara Certs system with a particular email address.
- If an email address is in use, even if that user is associated with a different account, it is not possible to create a new user using that email address.
