What should I do if I cannot start a chat?

You are trying to chat with support, but it is not letting the chat go through.

Resolution

  • Chatting with support is only possible during support hours, if chat is not available, you cannot start a chat, or the chat window goes blank, it is recommended that you switch to another browser or contact us via an alternate method, see ​Contact Us
