Would it be a better process to add an exemption certificate when received or wait until we have Nexus?
Explained that most of our customers only store certificates for areas in which they currently collect tax.
Suggested that the following process might work:
- Create the cert in CC and set an attribute of "Do Not Send to API"
- When/if she adds that Nexus she can search for Certificates with that exposure zone and an attribute of "Do Not Send to API" remove that attribute and Queue API resend.
- This process will allow CC to fulfill it's function as a Certificate management system while ensuring that it does not cause errors in the admin console
